The Ranked List tile displays categories, hierarchies, and groups of questions. Customize by picking variables and number of items.
The Ranked List tile enables you to effortlessly highlight the top categories, hierarchies, and groups of questions.

Adding a Ranked List Tile
Click the edit widget icon next to your Headline Widget.
Click the + plus icon next to Tiles.
Choose Ranked List from the drop-down.
Make a selection:
Top Categories: Display a ranked list of answers from a categorical question to uncover the most popularly selected options.
Hierarchy: Display a ranked list from a hierarchy, such as the highest-performing offices or the lowest sentiment text analytics categories.
Group of questions: Display a ranked list of questions, such as identifying the statements with the highest average.
5. Click the Done button to finish.
Top Categories
The Top Categories Ranked list displays a ranked list of answers from a categorical question to reveal the most popularly selected options.
Selecting a Variable
Click inside the Variable drop-down.
Select the variable you want to rank e.g. Claims Center
Selecting the Sort Criteria
Click the Expression Builder icon next to the "Sort Criteria" field.
Select how you want to sort the variable.
Note
Typically, the sort criteria is established by a Measure, not a Variable. For instance, the number of responses.
Selecting the Number of items
Enter the desired number of items for your Ranked list in the "Number of items" field.
Sort your Ranked list in ascending order by clicking the Up Arrow.
Sort your Ranked list in descending order by clicking the Down Arrow.
Show bar chart
You have the option to display your Ranked list as a bar chart instead of just numbers.
To display your data as a bar chart, click the Show bar chart button.
To define the appearance of your bar chart, choose a Color Formatter.
Note
New Formatters can be defined in the Formatters section.
Show numbers
This feature enables you to display values of the sort criteria, such as "Number of Responses", next to each item.
Click the Show numbers button.
Select a Formatter to define how the numbers appear.
Show percentage
You can opt to display the percentage alongside your items, which is calculated based on the sort criteria. For instance, if you sort by "Number of responses" with a value of 100 and have 4 items with values of 25, each item would receive a percentage of 25.
Click the Show Percentage button.
Choose a Formatter to specify the appearance of the percentage.

Hierarchy Ranked List
The Hierarchy Ranked List displays a list ranked based on a hierarchy, such as the offices with the highest performance or the sentiment text analytics categories with the lowest score.

Selecting a Hierarchy
Click inside the Hierarchy drop-down.
Pick the desired Hierarchy.
Selecting a Value
Click the "Expression Builder" button.
Choose the Source, Table or Measure, Variable, and Function.
Pick a variable.
Choose a function.
Selecting the Number of items
Enter the number of items you want to appear in your Ranked list in the "Number of items" field.
To sort your Ranked list in ascending order, click the Up Arrow.
To sort your Ranked list in descending order, click the Down Arrow.
Show numbers
This enables you to display values next to each item. The numbers represent the values.
Click the Show numbers button.
Select a Formatter to define how the numbers appear.

The Group of Questions ranked list enables you to rank multiple questions based on their values.

Selecting a Source
The system automatically allocates the default source as the one for your ranked list.
Selecting a Table and Questions
The first step involves deciding which questions you want to display in your ranked list. To accomplish this:
Click the Table drop-down.
Select the desired Table, such as "response" or "respondent".
Click the + plus icon next to Select questions
In the opened menu, check the boxes for the desired questions.
Click the Add button.
After adding the necessary questions, click the Apply button.
Selecting a Function
The next step involves selecting a function, which determines how your questions are ranked relative to each other. For instance, selecting the "Average" function ranks questions based on the average value of responses received for each question.
Selecting the Number of items
Enter the desired number of items for your Ranked list in the "Number of items" field.
Click the Up Arrow to sort the Ranked list in ascending order.
Click the Down Arrow to sort the Ranked list in descending order.
Show numbers
This enables you to display values next to each question, with the values represented by numbers and the function applied.
Click the Show numbers button.
Choose a Formatter to define the appearance of the numbers.
