Finding the Studio Report ID
Open the fieldwork report you created earlier and locate the Studio Report ID number from the Report URL. Your Fieldwork dashboard should be at the top of the list if you viewed the report with your Professional user account. If not, you can search for it using either the report ID from the URL or the name "Dashboard for survey pxxxxxxx." Fieldwork reports in Studio display with a specific icon.

Adding End Users
Add end users to the Studio report by setting the Hub ID that the Fieldwork report is using on your End user list. The steps to do this are:
Locate and copy the hub ID. To do this, while in Studio, click the View CDL icon, and locate the line near the top of the code that lists the hub used in the Studio Report. For example, you will see "hub: 141916 // hub id".
Go to Professional Authoring and find the end user list containing the end users you want to assign and open it.
In the following End user list interface, add the hub ID copied from the CDL code to the Smarthub ID field and save the change.
Return to Studio and click the Permissions icon in the Sidebar to open the Permissions panel.
Click on the "Assigned End Users Lists" drop-down and select the same End user list you previously opened in Professional Authoring.
Note
All end users in the list automatically receive View access to the published report. If you want to limit access to only a few end users from that list, you can turn off the "Give View access to all users on this list" option and manually grant View rights only to the desired users.
