End-users can be granted access to reports via an end-user list. Assign roles to control their access to content and data.
End-user access to a report is controlled through an end-user list. To create the end-user list, use Forsta Professional Authoring and link it to the same hub that supplies data to the Studio report.
Initially, all end-users in the list have the same level of access: full access to the entire report. However, you can assign roles to end-users by creating a custom data table that links user ID to a role. These roles can then be used to control the end-user's access to content (pages) and data (filters). (Managing User Access with Data-Level Control and Role Assignments).
