Manage end-user access to your Studio report by selecting the end user list, revoking access as needed, and clicking Apply when finished.
Access to your Studio report can be controlled for individual end users.
While in your Studio report:
Click the Permissions icon in the Sidebar to open the Permissions panel.
Click inside the Assigned End User Lists field.
Click on the End user list to select it.
Click on the "Access" field for a user to open the drop-down, and select the desired option from either "Manage" or "View".
To assign access to multiple users, tick the check-box next to their name and then click the "Apply to selected" drop-down at the top-right and make your selection.
The drop-down menu contains the following options:
- View - the users can edit the report as required.
- Manage - the users can only view the report and its CDL.
- No Access - the users' access to the report is revoked and they are removed from the list.
Before making any changes, the "Give View access to all users on this list" toggle will be green and all end users in the list will have View access to the report by default. Unlock the list by toggling this to off , then review and revoke access to specific users as needed. Note that previously made changes to access permissions (e.g. granting None access to some end users) will be reinstated when the toggle is reinstated.
