To set access levels for Studio users: click the Permissions icon, go to Professional Users, select a user and set View/Manage access or revoke access.
To set the access level for a Studio user:
Click the Permissions icon in the Sidebar to open the Permissions panel.
Go to the "Professional Users" tab.
The page displays a list of all Studio users who currently have access to the report, with their current level of access indicated in the Access column.
To change the access level for a user, click in the "Access" field for that user and choose the desired access level from the drop-down list.
The options are:
View - allows the user to see the report and its CDL, but not to make any changes to it.
Manage - grants the user full control over the report, enabling them to edit or delete it as needed.
Setting the manage report access level for a user
To remove all access to the report for a specific user, click the Revoke icon.
To edit or revoke access to the report for several users simultaneously, check the boxes in the left column for those users and click "Apply to selected".
The drop-down menu contains the following options:
View - the users can edit the report as required.
Manage - the users can only view the report and its CDL.
No Access - the users' access to the report is revoked and they are removed from the list.
