To share a Studio report, the owner must assign user permissions and create an end user list. Other users can then be given view and/or edit access.
As the report owner in Studio, you need to take action to share your report with others by granting user permissions and assigning an end user list. By default, you have full control over the report, but you can give other Studio users the ability to view and/or edit it by assigning user permissions. To allow end users to view the published report, you must create an end user list, which can be used for multiple reports. It's important to note that each report must have an assigned end user list.
Note
To give end users access to a Studio report, you must create an end user list in Forsta Professional Authoring. Before using it, consult the Forsta Professional Authoring documentation for additional information on administering end users.
