1: Overview
When you first open Forsta Go, you’ll see a few options for logging in.
CONNECT will let you sign in with a username and password
Sign in to an organization will let you sign in with SSO
View Sample Reports will allow you to demo Go functionality without having to use login credentials.
2: Username and Password
To log on with your username and password, first you must select your site from the dropdown, and then tap CONNECT.
If you are logging on as an end user, enter your Portal ID and tap Next. If you are logging on as a professional user or portal administrator, tap Portal administrator login.
Enter your username and password.
3: SSO
To log on with SSO from the home screen, first tap the option “Sign in to an organization.”
You’ll see the above screen. Enter your SSO URL, select your site from the dropdown, and provide your Portal ID if applicable. Then tap CONNECT.
Follow any additional instructions.
Note that you can also log on through SSO by using a “deeplink” URL from your mobile browser. The following link will log you in using SSO:
<siteURL>/mobilestudio/sso?link=<siteURL>/identity/sso/<company URL>/<portal ID>
4: View Sample Reports
If you just want to try out Forsta Go without logging into a specific report, you can just tap “View Sample Reports” at the bottom of the home screen. This will take you to a report where you can view examples of how most Studio widgets look in Forsta Go.
