Setting up Forsta Go in Action Management Reports

Forsta Go offers special support for Action Management Widgets configured reports. Users with Action Management permissions can enable push notifications.

Forsta Go has special support for reports where Action Management Widgets are configured.

Configuring Action Management

Note

You must be logged in as an end user with Action Management permissions for this to work.

1. Create and publish your Action Management Studio report in Studio.

2. In the live Action Management Studio report, open any case in the report and copy the URL.

3. Go to the Action Management interface, then navigate to the Setup menu.

4. Select "Studio Settings".

5. Follow the instructions on the page and save your changes.

Enabling Push Notifications for Action Management Reports on Go App

When opening a report designed for Action Management, you will be prompted to request permission to enable push notifications for Go. Enabling push notifications will allow you to receive notifications on your device for case changes (as configured in your Action Management program setup).

This feature allows you to stay informed about important cases even when you are not actively using the app."
