Action Planner Overview
You can create a new Action Planner report from the + NEW REPORT menu on the Studio Reports page:
If you do this, a new report will be created containing several Action Planner widgets. These widgets can also be added to an existing report with Studio report CDL.
The summary widget provides a brief summary of the total Action Plans, Active (In Progress) action plans, and those closed and cancelled.
The Action Plan List Widget shows a list of all Action Plans in your hub.
This list includes the following columns of information:
1 Id - Plan ID number
2 Cascade - Displays ‘Yes’ if the plan has been cascaded. Can be filtered. See article on cascading for more information [Link to cascading in Create Action Plan article].
3 Name - Name of action plan
4 Status - Status of the action plan (Not Started, In Progress, Closed, or Cancelled). Can be filtered.
5 Owner - You will automatically be assigned as the owner of your plan. Owners can add collaborators to the plan and make modifications to any plan they own, including adding actions either from scratch or from the repository.
6 Collaborators - End users can be invited as a collaborator to a specific Action Plan. In this case, they can make modifications to that specific plan, including adding actions either from scratch or from the repository.
7 Search - Use the search feature to search for key words, you can also sort by column headers.

Action Planner Roles & Permissions
The plan Owner is the one who creates the plan.
A Collaborator is someone that will be helping with the plan and is added by the owner for visibility. An individual must be included in the End User List to be designated as a Collaborator. Collaborators can add actions to the plan and add notes in the plan to provide updates/ comments. Collaborators cannot change plan start and end dates.
If someone has permissions to a hierarchy node, they will be able to view plans for the node that they are assigned to and below in the hierarchy.
