AI Summary analyzes comments for insights and themes, allowing configuration and prompt customization for tailored analysis.
1: Response Settings:
Value: Choose an open text question from your data source.
Number of words: Define the maximum word count for the AI response.
Font Size: Set the font size for the AI-generated text.
Comments: Select the number of recent comments for the AI to review, taking into account any applied filters.
1.1: Summaries & Comment Limits
Although we do not limit the number of comments you can use to generate your summary, all models have limits, which are more likely to be hit when using a higher number of comments.
The more comments used, the less useful the summary is likely to be. For example, with very large numbers of comments, the model will only be able to generate a very generic summary.
The purpose of this widget is to summarize the most recent comments to give a quick steer on how recent responses are trending.
2: Prompt Settings:
Customize up to five prompts, each providing specific instructions for the AI on how to analyze the data.
Assign unique names to each prompt for easy selection.
Enter detailed instructions to guide the AI's analysis.
2.1: Prompt Example and Results:
Example Prompts: Include tasks such as listing the top five positive and negative themes in comments, and suggesting actions based on the top negative themes.
Output: The AI summarizes the main themes and provides actionable insights based on the analyzed comments.

3: Security Information
The OpenAI service is a part of Forsta’s private Azure instance, and Microsoft is listed as sub processor here: Forsta Sub-Processor List
No data is stored elsewhere and only comments data is submitted. We do not include any metadata.
Your prompts (inputs) and completions (outputs), your embeddings, and your training data:
are NOT available to other customers.
are NOT available to OpenAI.
are NOT used to improve OpenAI models.
are NOT used to improve any Microsoft or 3rd party products or services.
are NOT used for automatically improving Azure OpenAI models for your use in your resource (The models are stateless, unless you explicitly fine-tune models with your training data).
Your fine-tuned Azure OpenAI models are available exclusively for your use.
The Azure OpenAI Service is fully controlled by Microsoft; Microsoft hosts the OpenAI models in Microsoft’s Azure environment and the Service does NOT interact with any services operated by OpenAI (e.g. ChatGPT, or the OpenAI API).
