1: Response Settings:
Value: Choose an open text question from your data source.
Number of words: Define the maximum word count for the AI response, up to 500 words.
Font Size: Set the font size for the AI-generated text.
Comments: Select the number of recent comments (up to 500) for the AI to review, taking into account any applied filters.
2: Prompt Settings:
Customize up to five prompts, each providing specific instructions for the AI on how to analyze the data.
Assign unique names to each prompt for easy selection.
Enter detailed instructions to guide the AI's analysis.
2.1: Prompt Example and Results:
Example Prompts: Include tasks such as listing the top five positive and negative themes in comments, and suggesting actions based on the top negative themes.
Output: The AI summarizes the main themes and provides actionable insights based on the analyzed comments.
