Add the AI Summary from the widget library or Headline widget, configure response settings, and customize prompts for data analysis.
1: Adding the AI Summary as a Widget or Tile
You can add the AI Summary from either the widget library or the Headline widget (as a tile).
1.1 Adding the AI Summary Widget from the Widget Library
Click the widget library icon in the sidebar to open the widget library.
From the "AI" section, drag and drop "AI Summary" onto the dashboard.
1.2: Adding the AI Summary Tile from a Headline Widget
Click the widget library icon in the sidebar to open the widget library.
Scroll down to the "Monitor Performance" section, and drag and drop "Headline" onto the dashboard.
Click the edit widget icon next to your Headline Widget.
Click the "+" icon next to Tiles.
Select "Add AI Summary" from the drop-down menu.
2: Configuring the AI Summary Widget/Tile
2.1: Response Settings
In the "Value" drop-down menu, select an open text question from your data source. Multiple open ended are supported.
In the "Number of words" field, set the maximum word count for the AI response, with a default limit of 500 words.
In the "Font Size" field, specify the font size for the AI-generated responses.

In the "Comments" drop-down menu, select the number of comments (up to 500) for the AI to review when generating its summary. For example, selecting "Last 500" will focus the AI on the most recent 500 comments. This also respects any applied filters.
Tip: The comments from all added questions will be combined for the AI response and the specified number of comments will be applied to each question. For example, if you specify "Last 500" comments and add 2 questions to the widget, the query will include 500 comments from each question, totaling 1000 comments.
2.2: Prompt Settings
Each AI Summary Widget/Tile can include up to five customizable prompts, and each prompt can contain specific instructions directing the AI on how to analyze the data. When multiple prompts are available, they can be chosen from a drop-down menu. If only one prompt is present, the drop-down menu will be hidden, and the single prompt will be displayed in bold at the top.
To add a new prompt to your AI Summary Widget/Tile, follow these steps:
Click the "+" icon next to "Prompts" to add a new prompt.
Click the first pencil icon and use the field to assign a unique name for each prompt. This will appear in a drop-down menu for end users.
Click the second pencil icon and use the field to enter a prompt. This should contain instructions on how you want the AI to analyze the data (see below for example prompts).
2.3: Prompt Example and Results
