A scatter chart displays values as coordinates, and can include a third data series as bubble size. Tap or hold to view details, and quadrant divisions.
The scatter chart displays values as x-y coordinates and can show a third data series as the size of the plot points, creating a bubble chart. You can configure the scatter chart to divide the plot area into quadrants to help interpret groups of plotted values.
You can find more information about each bubble in several ways:
Tap on the bubble in the chart
Tap and hold on any whitespace within the chart to display cross-hairs, move your finger over (or near) a bubble, and release. The cross-hairs will snap to the item.
Tap on the bubble label displayed at the top (only in basic scatter chart).
When you select an item, more details appear at the bottom of the widget. For a quadrant chart, you can view a list of all possible items by selecting the "target" icon and tapping on an item to select that bubble on the chart.

There are several ways to find out more information about each "bubble":
