The Validator tool checks report integrity, identifies missing variables and widgets, and offers the option to update or delete affected widgets.
The Validator tool is a useful tool for checking the integrity of your report by identifying and pointing out any variables that are no longer available within your widgets. It can be used when creating new reports using existing reports or when copying and pasting widgets between reports.
After identifying missing variables, you can manually update or delete the affected widgets, then use the tool's refresh function to recheck for missing variables. Once all missing variables have been addressed, the Validate button will disappear.
