KPI widget displays data in a gauge with thresholds and color. Extra tiles provide context. Forsta Go combines gauges and value tiles.
This widget presents Key Performance Indicator data in a gauge format:
Example of a KPI widget in a gauge format
This widget gives dashboard viewers a quick overview of performance defined by the Key Performance Indicator and its target, supporting multiple threshold and color combinations. By including additional tiles below the gauge, it also provides contextual information such as the number of responses or a performance comparison to a previous period.
The Key Performance Indicator can be based on any expression, such as an average score for a customer satisfaction question or the percentage of people who answered "Agree" and "Strongly Agree" to a question about ease of use. The system also provides expressions to calculate the Net Promoter Score (NPS) if it is used as the Key Performance Indicator.
Forsta Go App
The Go app is capable of combining multiple Key Performance Indicator gauges within the same KPI widget, supporting the following:
1 to 3 KPI tiles
0 to 2 Value tiles for each KPI tile
To align the value tiles under a specific Key Performance Indicator tile, list the value tile below the Key Performance Indicator tile.
