Publish reports from Draft to Live status. Once published, it cannot be edited. Unlock a report to switch to Edit mode. Make changes, then republish.
A report's status is Draft until it is published. The indicator is displayed in the sidebar panel header, and designers with Manage permission can edit it as needed.
When the report is published, its status in the Reports List changes to Live. The published version is added to the Versions list, the indicator in the sidebar panel header is set to "Version" and the report can no longer be edited. Keep in mind that any changes made to this report will not be available to end-users until this new version is published. Publishing will overwrite the previously published version, and only one version of a report can be published at a time
End-users who have been granted access rights to this report will then see it in their Report List.
