1: About the Key Drivers Widget
The Key Drivers Widget allows the viewer to understand the most important factors for respondents in a product or service category. It displays both positive and negative factors that have the most impact on a chosen KPI objective, aiding the viewer in determining where to prioritize improvements.
The widget presents as either a quadrant table or chart and allows the user to switch between the views. You can set the default view when the widget appears in the report.
2: Layout Options
The Key Drivers widget is available in small, medium, halfwidth, large sizes. Large will show both a chart and quadrant table side-by-side and other sizes will show a single vizualisation.
The default view can be configured, and the viewer may switch between views.
Note
The Key Driver widget converts all scores to percentages to facilitate comparison between scores with different scales. For instance, an average score of 4/5 will be expressed as 80%, as will an average score of 8/10.
